Our prices are competitive compared to self-service OTAs (which usually require full payment upfront and don’t support pre-booking).

💰 Pricing Policy
The base rate is Rp160,000 per passenger (pax)
Discounts apply for bookings of 2 or more passengers
For 4 passengers: select the 2-pax variant and place two separate orders
For 5 passengers: select 2-pax + 3-pax variants
Applies equally to one-way, return, or multi-city routes
📋 Reservation Policy – Please Read Carefully
Before full payment is made, PNR code and ticket number will not be issued.
You will receive a Virtual Account (BCA VA) for payment instead (this is part of a modern digital reservation method).
The BCA VA payment screen will show flight details such as route, airline, date, and time. For complete details, refer to the reservation file (MBCA displays are limited).
This reservation is 100% valid (Time Limit status confirmed by the airline). It can be issued directly or used for visa applications.
If you intend to fly, simply complete the full ticket payment through MBCA and the status will automatically update to RR (Reconfirm), followed by the release of PNR and ticket number.

Appearance may differ, but both are valid with Time Limit (TL) status on airline system
⏳ Time Limit (TL) Info
TL depends on departure date, airline type (LCC airlines have shorter TL), and route popularity.
The closer the flight date and the more in-demand the route, the shorter the TL window (typically 1–14 days, based on the airline’s algorithm).
✅ Pro Tip for Visa Applications
The best time to request a dummy ticket is 1–2 days before your visa interview.
Embassies don’t require a specific TL duration, but usually ask for a valid flight reservation within 6 months of the planned travel.
This document includes travel agent contact information as proof of issuance.
Terms & Conditions for Hotel Reservation
Reservation reference number is not issued yet (similar to the absence of a ticket number in flight/dummy reservations).
This hotel reservation is guaranteed by the issuing travel agent. A reservation reference number will be provided only after full payment of the room rate is made prior to check-in, at a discounted rate (negotiable or special discount available).
Alternatively, guests may choose to pay directly at the hotel upon arrival, using the hotel’s published rate (which is typically higher).
Terms and Conditions – AXA Insurance Dummy Policy (Indonesia)
This service provides a dummy travel insurance document from AXA for visa application purposes. Please note that this is not an active policy and does not contain a policy number. It is intended to give a clear overview of the benefits offered should you choose to proceed with the actual insurance purchase.
Documents Included:
6 pages of AXA policy summary (dummy) – not activated and without policy number.
1 Virtual Account (VA) for BCA or Mandiri – for premium payment if you choose to issue the actual policy.
About the AXA Insurance Dummy :
The AXA dummy insurance acts as a simulated policy providing a preview of travel insurance benefits. It includes:
Estimated premium cost
Period of coverage
Coverage area (Worldwide and Asia)
Estimated benefit amount
Note: This dummy policy is not valid for claims and does not activate coverage. After reviewing and agreeing to the contents, you may proceed to issue the official policy by making payment via BCA VA.
For Schengen visa purposes, a minimum coverage of €30,000 (approx. IDR 500 million) is required. AXA’s travel insurance provides up to IDR 1.3 billion in accident coverage, with a total benefit amount reaching IDR 5.2 billion.
AXA Travel Insurance Policy Conditions:
Purchase must be made within Indonesia.
Travel must be round-trip (departure from and return to Indonesia).
One-way trips are not eligible.
Maximum travel duration:
Single Trip: up to 180 days
Annual Plan: up to 90 days per trip
When to Use a Dummy Insurance Policy
Dummy policies are not yet widely accepted for visa applications, but they can help reduce financial loss if your visa is rejected.
Please ask the embassy staff during your appointment whether dummy insurance is acceptable.
If approved, you may be required to present the official issued insurance policy when collecting your visa.
